RELEASE OF THE FIRST QUARTER (Q1) 2026 TENDER PLAN
This is to inform all prospective bidders, contractors, suppliers, and the general public that Sinomine Kitumba Minerals has officially released its First Quarter (Q1) 2026 Tender Plan.
The Q1 Tender Plan contains details of all planned procurement activities scheduled to be solicited, evaluated, and awarded between January 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026. Categories included in the plan cover, but are not limited to:
Legal service
Processing plant consumables and reagents
Metal fabrication
General maintenance and logistics services
Tender Details
Tender number SKM-FI-202601, dated 1st February 2026, is for tax consulting services with an amount of 102,000 ZMW, under the plan reference “Tax consulting services”.
Tender number SKM-FI-202602, dated 20th January 2026, is for audit services with an amount of 400,000 ZMW, under the plan reference “Audit Service”.
Tender number SKM-FI-202603, dated 1st March 2026, is for shareholding framework services with an amount of 320,000 ZMW, under the plan reference “Financial training services” (note the description and plan reference differ).
Tender number SKM-PR-202601, dated 16th March 2026, is for bulk transportation with an amount of 1,292,000 ZMW, under the plan reference “Transportation services”.
Tender number SKM-PR-202602, dated 20th March 2026, is for oil tank fabrication with an amount of 760,000 ZMW, under the plan reference “Oil Tank Fabrication”.
All interested parties are encouraged to review the tender plan and begin preparing their submissions in line with the specific timelines and requirements indicated for each tender.
Please note that all individual tender solicitations have been tendered separately, and only bidders who met the eligibility criteria outlined in the respective tender documents have been considered.
