RELEASE OF THE 2026 PROCUREMENT PLAN
Notice is hereby given that Sinomine Kitumba Minerals has officially released its 2026 Procurement Plan, in accordance with applicable procurement regulations and the Company’s commitment to transparency, fairness, and equal opportunity for all qualified suppliers and contractors.
The Procurement Plan outlines the Company’s anticipated goods, works, and services required for the 2026 financial year, including but not limited to mining equipment, processing plant consumables, maintenance services, laboratory supplies, logistics, and related civil works.
Procurement Working Plan
Under Schedule Item 4000 for legal and financial services, tax consulting services will be procured as one service using the direct method, with estimated publication on 1st February 2026, award on 16th February 2026, and start on 16th February 2026. The audit service, also under the same schedule item, is one service using direct procurement, with estimated publication on 20th January 2026, award on 4th February 2026, and start on 4th February 2026. The shareholding framework service is one service using direct procurement, with estimated publication on 1st March 2026, award on 16th March 2026, and start on 16th March 2026. Also under legal and financial services, financial training services will be procured as one service using the direct method, with estimated publication on 1st June 2026, award on 1st June 2026, and start on 1st June 2026.
Under Schedule Item 3000 for bulk transportation, transportation services will be procured as one service using an “other” procurement method, with estimated publication on 16th March 2026, award on 23rd March 2026, and start on 30th March 2026.
Under Schedule Item 3000 for metal fabrication, oil tank fabrication will be procured as two units using the direct method, with estimated publication on 17th March 2026, award on 31st March 2026, and start on 31st March 2026.
Under Schedule Item 4000 for labour hire (both specialised and non-specialised services), manpower security services will be procured for thirty-five units using the direct method, with estimated publication on 15th April 2026, award on 30th December 2026, and start on 1st January 2026. Additionally, smelter new employee staffing including both Chinese and local labour will be procured as two hundred eighty-two services using an “other” procurement method, with estimated publication on 1st May 2026, award on 1st June 2026, and start on 1st July 2026.
Under Schedule Item 2000 for uniforms, office supplies will be procured for three hundred units using the direct method, with estimated publication on 16th May 2026, award on 30th December 2026, and start on 2nd January 2026.
Under Schedule Item 4000 for safety, protection, and firefighting system services, fire extinguishers will be procured for two hundred eighty units using the direct method, with estimated publication on 17th June 2026, award on 30th December 2026, and start on 4th January 2026.
Under Schedule Item 3000 for mine development, heap leaching pad construction will be procured as one service using the national competitive bidding (NCB) method, with estimated publication on 30th April 2026, award on 10th May 2026, and start on 30th May 2026.
Under Schedule Item 1000 for sulphuric acid, H2SO4 at ninety-eight percent concentration will be procured as three thousand services using the NCB method, with estimated publication on 1st October 2026, award on 15th November 2026, and start on 25th December 2026.
Under Schedule Item 3000 for engineering services, the tailings storage facility of the smelting plant will be procured as one unit using the NCB method, with estimated publication on 13th April 2026, award on 13th May 2026, and start on 1st June 2026. The life camp will also be procured as one unit using the NCB method, with the same estimated publication date of 13th April 2026, award on 13th May 2026, and start on 1st June 2026.
Under Schedule Item 3000 for geological and geotechnical services, carrying out geological exploration work within the mining rights area will be procured for two units using the international competitive bidding (ICB) method, with estimated publication on 1st April 2026, award on 1st May 2026, and start on 1st May 2026.
Interested local and international suppliers, service providers, and contractors are invited to access the detailed Procurement Plan via the company website.
All interested parties are encouraged to review the plan and prepare for participation in the respective tender processes, which will be announced separately in accordance with the schedule indicated in the plan.
This notice supersedes all previous communications regarding the 2026 procurement plan.
